Karen and Ashton are the founders of Eliza Paige and have a true passion for making events come alive! Addison is our newest planner and has rocked every event she has done! With all types of events under our belts, such as weddings, showers, retirement parties, trade shows, birthday parties, and even small festivals, we know how to execute a plan! Weddings are where our hearts lie, because most girls have dreamed of this day since they were little and we want to make it a reality! Lets have coffee and talk about it!!!!.

Hi!! I'm Karen Van Buskirk, one of the founders of Eliza Paige. Nice to meet you!

My favorite thing about weddings is just about everything!! I love seeing all the venues, I love seeing all of the decor and floral transform a space, and I love meeting the couples and hearing their stories. I believe in the fairytale romance because I have my own!

When not in full wedding mode, I'm a dog mom to the two cutest pups, Murphy & Loki and wife to the love of my life Charles! I'm a medical drama and True Crime Junkie... but who isn't?!?

Ashton Vanderburg

Lead Planner

Hey there! I am Ashton and I am 30 years old! I am very creative and artistic! I can make any vision come to life! When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my Husband, My three children and my fur babies! I do have three adorable boys, Jaxon who is 10, and then Hayden and Hunter who are both 8 (Yes they are twins!) I also have four fur babies- Three cats- Lua, Scamp, and Nova and one sweet puppy - Tauriel. I love to have fun and goof around!

Being able to work side by side with a bride and bring her vision to life is the best part of my job! I love a challenge and will make it my mission to get whatever my bride wants! When you have me as your event planner, I will ensure that you get exactly the vision you were looking for! If you aren’t sure what your vision is, I would love to help create that vision! My number one Goal is to make sure my Bride is as stress free as she can be! From beginning to end I am there to make it as easy as possible! I believe that a wedding is something a Bride should enjoy and not have to worry about all the little things. I am there to handle the little things as well as any major issues that pop up because lets face it…every wedding has one but I will get it handled as quickly and quietly as possible!

Kevin Wilkins

Production Director and Builder of all things fun!

Kevin Wilkins, affectionately known as Fun-Pa to his grandkids, is a retired Air Force veteran spending 24 years in communication electronics and has traveled the World visiting over 29 countries. With 35+ years' experience in the AV Industry with various roles such as AV technician, Productions Director at a large church, Service Manager for a corporate AV company, and technical director for large format concerts for Air Force Entertainment. Currently, He handles all of Eliza Paige's audio, lighting, and staging needs, as well as custom stage design for weddings, concerts, and other events. Anything you need built or designed I can do it!

Addison Harmon

Planner/ Social Media Manager

Hi! My name is Addison (most people call me Addie) and I am 23 years old! I’ve been in the industry for about two years, and I absolutely love being able to bring a brides vision to life! Having me as a planner I’ll not only be your help, but be there to be a friend and guide you through this entire process! Weddings and events have been a passion of mine for as long as I can remember, it started with planning birthday parties, and grew from there! I love being able to tie it all together and create the perfect event for people!

In my free time I love to shop, try new restaurants and explore Charlotte! I also LOVE nfl football & love to cheer on the Green Bay Packers! I’m a new dog mom to a perfect golden chiweenie named Cooper, and just married my high school sweetheart in September of 2023! I can’t wait to work with you & create your beautiful day that you will cherish for a lifetime!
